This AI-powered assistant is built to support the restructuring of Vietnam’s local administrative units, enabling residents and civil servants to easily access accurate, up-to-date information about 34 newly reorganized provinces, cities, and 3,321 wards and communes.
How It Works
Accessible via personal computers, tablets, and smartphones, the Viettel AI virtual assistant allows users to type natural language questions such as:
“How many communes and wards are there in Hà Nội?”
“Which ward is Nghĩa Đô Ward, Hà Nội now part of?”
The assistant then provides clear, accurate responses along with direct links to official government documents, ensuring transparency while simplifying information access for millions of citizens in VIetnam.
