Maryland, USA – August 6, 2025 – Viettel America has entered the U.S. aviation technology sector through a newly signed MOU with AvDyne AeroServices, a leading provider of aircraft modernization, predictive maintenance, and safety systems. The signing ceremony witnessed by local government officials, marks an important step for Viettel America as it expands into the aviation sector in the U.S. and beyond.
With over 20 years of experience in aviation engineering, AvDyne specializes in producing aircraft components and offering maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) services. Leveraging Viettel America’s strengths in electronics manufacturing and technology, the partnership will focus on advancing aviation technology and services through collaborative efforts in manufacturing, maintenance, and supply chain management.
The MOU outlines two key focus areas:
- Manufacturing parts for MRO aviation – Viettel America will develop and produce mechanical aircraft components for AvDyne’s MRO operations, combining Viettel’s precision manufacturing capacity with AvDyne’s deep aviation expertise.
- Developing a flight simulation training platform – The two companies will work together to create advanced simulation technologies for pilot training schools, aiming to raise the quality and efficiency of aviation training programs in both the U.S. and Vietnam.

Over the next two years, both sides aim to progress from strategic planning to launching operational joint ventures and projects.
